[T]echnology:

There really isnā€™t a better domain in the real estate industry than Homes.com, but historically itā€™s felt like an afterthought. šŸ’

If you arenā€™t aware, CoStar purchased Homes.com in 2021 and youā€™ve probably seen that Homesnap is being replaced by Homes Pro.

The CEO, Andy Florence is super bullish on becoming a top portal for residential real estate, and with traffic to the site recently up 200%, believes they can move into the number 2 spot behind Zillow rather quickly. šŸš€

"Homes.com is definitely the fastest-growing site out there," Florance said in May. "It is likely that we could move into the number two position within 12 months."

Keep an eye šŸ‘ļø on this if youā€™re into buying leads.

[E]ducation: Entertainment/Education

We recently had two amazing in person AI trainings, so weā€™re running it back via Zoom for all of those that couldnā€™t make it. ā¬†ļøā¬†ļø

Even if you canā€™t make the date/time. Make sure to register for ā€œLeveraging AI in Real Estateā€ to get the replay!

[C]oaching:

My business partner Kent and I have been preaching to get back to the basics for the better part of a year. āŒ›

This may sound silly, but take two people in your sphere to coffee per week. ā˜•

Thatā€™s over 100 meetings in a year!

Do you think you might be able to find a few sales out of 100 meetings?

Catch up with old friends. Ask how things are going. Ask about their kids.

āŒ DO. NOT. Mention. Real Estate. āŒ

But wait, isnā€™t that the point?

Of course it is, but if it comes off that itā€™s the only reason you asked them to coffee, youā€™re never going to get anything from buying them a Venti Carmel Machiato.

Be genuine. Be authentic. Be a human being. šŸ˜Š

No one wants to be sold anything, but I guarantee theyā€™ll ask you what you're up toā€¦

This is your chance.

[H]ow To:
Itā€™s EASY to grab someoneā€™s attention when you are the only realtor in a conversation. But what about online when there are AT LEAST 10 other realtors on a client's feed? šŸ¤”

This is where your individuality will really shine. āœØ There may be ten other real estate agents on a potential client's feed, but there is only one you. That is why posting generic buyer tips or decor ideas wonā€™t cut it. āœ‚ļø If realtors are posting, this is the type of content they ARE ALL posting.

BE YOURSELF.

Speak on items that relate to you and what you love. Are you a steak enthusiast? šŸ„© GREAT. Visit the best local steak houses, film a video and post a review. Show your clients the best spots in town to grab the best steak. Send them kitchen upgrades and accessories so they can host the best dinner parties.

You can do this with literally ANYTHING you are interested in. Do you love beer, the outdoors, golfing, cars, boating, movies, make content about! šŸ¤³

What do you love about where you live that speaks to your passions and hobbies?

Speak on what you know. šŸ“£

With the amount of content people are creating each day, consumers can tell when you arenā€™t being genuine. Your audience isnā€™t stupid, they WILL notice.
