I told you I would…the new iPhone is sexy. It never ceases to amaze me that the photos and videos get better EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR. 👏👏

Meta, aka Facebook, just annihilated Apple on the AI/VR front with the announcement of Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses. 👓

I toyed with the idea of the last iteration, Ray-Ban Stories, but they just weren’t polished enough…the video was not quite there. Upgrade the video and integrate AI into them = TAKE. MY. MONEY. 💰💰

I’ve had this vision for years…Imagine walking up to a house and having AI whisper to you the lockbox code. The client asks what’s included with the HOA, AI whispers to you the answer. Want to know the most recent comp? You guessed it, AI will tell you. 🤯🤯 Of course, you could carry around an MLS sheet (unless you use Perchwell), but who wants to look like an agent from 2005?

Oh, and you can livestream! Imagine live streaming your open house, community festivals, and client events.

The possibilities are endless, and yes, mine are on preorder.

Apple recently released the iOS 17 on September 18th. This new update has two new features that I think will push the end of business cards. One, is NameDrop. This feature allows you to instantaneously send contact information to other people just by placing your iPhone near their iPhone. You will be able to share your phone number, email, or both.

The second feature that I am most excited about is creating a contact poster. Follow along with me as I walk through how to create one below.
