[T]echnology: Taco Bell + AI, Mics |
[T]echnology:
Who would’ve thought Taco Bell would be leading the way in AI?
Yes, I know McDonald’s already tried AI ordering and failed, but look how fast AI has gotten ridiculously good at everything.
It can’t possibly be any worse than some of the screw-ups real people have made on my order…
Now, imagine this built into your real estate website. 🤯
I predict that in the next 12 months, AI will become the frontrunner in real estate website technology.
-- I’ve talked about my love of my Anker Mics 🎙️ in the past, but right now, they’re half off, and it is too good of a deal not to share!
[E]ducation:
I recently hosted some of the top brokers in the country on a live stream to discuss a wide range of topics, but real estate in their respective markets was among them. 📈
It’s fascinating to see the headlines, especially when they quasi-contradict themselves: |
So, are buyers hitting pause because of the election or because of interest rates? 🛑
Pending sales are up but still sluggish. (I actually agree with this one).
The moral of this story is that real estate is local.
It always has been. It always will be.
You have to be the expert to deliver market updates to your sphere.
If you’re not, your sphere can only assume the headlines that they see are true. 🧐
[C]oaching:
Speaking of headlines...
Expired listings have made a comeback (in some markets). If you’re in one of those markets, this video is a must-watch and certainly something to consider.
Expired listings are some of the best leads you could ever ask for…
You know that they want to sell their home 🏠.
You know they’re probably more motivated than they were 6 months ago.
You just need to polish your sales and marketing skills to convince them that you are the one who can do it.
[H]ow To (with Abby): |
This right here 👆 is why being vulnerable and doing video matters. Show people who you really are and talk about what interests you. I can tell you with full certainty that if you are discussing things you are passionate about, it is ten times easier to be on camera and create content.
So, how do you showcase who you are while trying to sell yourself?
Share Personal Stories and Experiences:
Include anecdotes about your journey in real estate, memorable client interactions, or unique properties you've dealt with. This helps potential clients see the human side of your business and build a connection with you.
Use Client Testimonials and Success Stories:
Showcase positive feedback 🏆 and stories from past clients. Real-life success stories and testimonials make your content more relatable and trustworthy. For added authenticity, include quotes, photos, or even video testimonials.
Engage on Social Media:
Actively interact with your audience on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Respond to comments, share behind-the-scenes content, and post about local events and happenings. This interaction makes you more approachable and builds a sense of community.
Provide Valuable Local Insights:
Share your knowledge about the local area, including information about schools, parks, restaurants, and community events. Highlighting your expertise and personal experience in the area helps clients feel more connected to you and the neighborhoods you serve. Do you like bourbon? Where’s the best bourbon spot 🥃 ? Are you into the more nerdy side of things? Every city has a vintage arcade bar 🕹️ —shout it out. Maybe you like to bike 🚴 ? Talk about the best biking trails. Share what interests you.
Use Personalized Communication:
When communicating with clients, use their names and reference specific details about their needs and preferences. Whether it's through emails 📧, messages, or face-to-face interactions, personal touches show that you value them as individuals and are dedicated to meeting their unique requirements.
The more you feel like a real person, the more people will trust you. Be vulnerable, share your interests, and FILM VIDEOS 🎥.
