[T]echnology:

As cool as Siri was when she was first launched, she’s really been stuck at a 3rd grade level for the past 14 years.

I’ve talked about using ChatGPT’s interactive voice mode for awhile now, and now it’s available on the FREE version!

But a new competitor has entered the ring, and it’s scary good. 😨

But don’t just take my word for it…

Check out the demo I just did:

Better yet, try it out for yourself!

[E]ducation:

Ah, here we go again—another real estate policy on the hot seat. If you’ve been following the Clear Cooperation Policy (CCP) debate, you know it’s been under fire for a while. Now, the flames are getting hotter.

🔥🔥

Here’s the deal…

The industry is buzzing with speculation that CCP could be on its way out. If that happens, expect a surge in private listings—and a major shift in how we do business. As Real Estate News reports, industry leaders predict that removing CCP would lead to an explosion of private networks, making it tougher for buyers and agents to access all available listings.

The CCP, which requires agents to list publicly marketed properties on the MLS within one business day, was designed to level the playing field and increase transparency. But not everyone’s a fan. Critics argue it limits agent flexibility, hurts sellers who want discretion, and gives too much control to the MLS system.

What happens if CCP disappears? 🤔

  • Private networks will explode – Big brokerages with exclusive buyer lists will dominate, while smaller firms and independent agents could get left out.

  • Transparency takes a hit – Buyers might struggle to see all available listings, making it harder to get a full picture of the market.

  • More legal headaches – Less MLS oversight could mean more fair housing concerns and compliance risks.

So, what now? ⬇️⬇️

Nothing’s set in stone yet, but if CCP goes away, it’s game on for private listings. That means some agents will benefit, others will struggle, and the industry as a whole will have to adapt—fast.

I’ll be keeping a close eye on this one. Stay tuned!

Disclaimer: This is just my take—if you need legal advice, I’m definitely not your guy.

[C]oaching

Last week, I talked about the value of who you surround yourself with, and this week it is ever present.

I shared a link in my RE/MAX Broker chat that highlighted a massive benefit of being with RE/MAX, but that was it. I thought it was a cool thing to share and planned on sharing it later that evening…but I didn’t take action.

Then Todd Stock showed me up, and posted what I had sent to his account. ⬇️⬇️

Not only did he show me up, he slacker shamed me with this video:

Ok, maybe it was just a coincidence (I noticed he recorded this before I even sent the value post), but it was a message that resonated with me loud and clear.

Moral of the story: Execution Always Wins, and I’m thankful for a group that helps motivate and hold me accountable

2025 has already seen some crazy developments in social media—including a full ban on one of the most popular platforms. To figure out how to succeed on social media in 2025, we need to look at what worked in 2024. All the stats below were provided by Metricool!

In 2024: ⬇️⬇️⬇️

  • LinkedIn saw massive growth, with interactions up 99% year over year. Like I’ve been saying for a while, LinkedIn is often overlooked, but it’s a platform I strongly encourage everyone to utilize.

  • X (Twitter) impressions increased by 50%. Despite the ongoing drama and claims that the platform has been "dying" since Elon Musk took over, the stats say otherwise.

  • Instagram post reach grew by 21%, but Reel reach dropped by 20%. As much as Instagram wants to dominate the short-form video space, it’s just not happening. Instagram is still primarily a photo app—people love carousel posts and pictures. As a Gen Z user, I’ve probably spent a total of five minutes scrolling Instagram Reels in my entire life.

  • Facebook’s overall reach dropped by a shocking 41%, but Facebook Reels reach increased by 13%. What does this mean for you? Instead of repurposing TikTok content on Instagram Reels, you should post it on Facebook for better reach.

  • Small accounts (under 2,000 followers) had the easiest time growing on Instagram (59.78%), YouTube (55.61%), and TikTok (41.97%). These percentages reflect accounts moving from the "small" tier (under 2,000 followers) to the next tier (2,000+ followers).

  • For brand-new accounts, the best platforms for maximizing growth were YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels (based on impressions per follower). The hardest platforms to grow from scratch were X, Twitch, and Instagram posts.

  • Most importantly—link clicks. At the end of the day, this is what really matters.

    • LinkedIn had the highest link clicks per post (23.54)

    • Facebook posts had 21.34 link clicks per post

    • Pinterest had 4.56 link clicks per post

Below, I’ve attached the ideal funnel if you’re looking to get started and aren’t sure where to focus.

Some of these stats surprised me, while others didn’t. But seeing exactly which platforms to prioritize and what type of content performs best was definitely eye-opening!
