🤖[T]echnology: What to Ask…

[T]echnology:
Last week, I made the bold claim that agents should be using ChatGPT for an hour a day to generate content.
This was supposed to be a little shorter, but I made sure to take it an extra step to show you what it’s capable of and what to do when you’re out of ideas… ⬇️⬇️⬇️
This doesn’t have to be one of YOUR ads!
Screenshot any ad you find and like, and simply tell ChatGPT to create you an ad for real estate like the one you’re uploading.
Once you get the hang of it, press it further.
[E]ducation:
I’m not writing this section to get into a political debate on whether this is a good or bad idea…I’m not interested.
However, I am interested in History and simply didn’t know that this even occurred…But I find it fascinating that there was a time when the US Government built beautiful homes for the working class American to deal with a housing crisis.
What really caught my attention is that this happened in my backyard…Dayton, OH. ⬇️⬇️⬇️

That’s all! Consider this your history lesson for the week!

[C]oaching:
I wanted to dive more into the section above, but again, I’m not trying to start a debate…I think there are pros and cons to this type of government intervention, but I’m not an economist.
I used to do this A LOT.
Even if I were on the same side as someone, I’d jump at the chance to play devil’s advocate.
Constantly googling something to counter the article they googled…
It’s exhausting.
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized two things.
I don’t know everything.
I’m not going to change someone’s mind anyway.
I’m sure some of you, even as you read this, are saying, “But _______!”
In the words of Disney’s Queen Elsa, “Let It Go!” 🌨️
Find something else to talk about. If the person you’re conversing with can’t let it go, find other people to surround yourself with.
See, now I just debate with myself!

LinkedIn is growing. 🪴
I’ve said this before, and these stats just prove it. Everything overall has seen a positive increase.
Why? ⬇️⬇️⬇️
LinkedIn is very intentional. You know exactly why you’re logging in: to network, learn, and promote your business. Unlike other social platforms, people aren’t on LinkedIn to doom-scroll—they’re there with purpose. That’s why you’re seeing strong engagement and higher click-through rates.
What should you post?
If you look at the graphic, you’ll see that video content has increased by 53% since 2024.

Looking at these stats, average video clicks have grown by 159%—that’s insane!
Another strategy I recommend? Offer free resources.
And no, I don’t just mean free home valuations (although you can do that too). Think bigger. Create a first-time homebuyer guide and post something like: “Comment ‘guide’ below to get a free download!”
You could also share:
A local market update guide
“City guides” for newcomers
A list of trusted contractors or service providers
Give away free knowledge that positions you as the go-to expert!
Now, how do you schedule posts? 🤔
Good news: it’s 100% free! Just click “Start a post” on LinkedIn, and from there, you’ll have the option to schedule your content in advance. Super easy.

Navigate to the bottom where you see the little clock next to the post button. Upload your content or type your post then click that little clock.

Pick the date and time you want and click next. You can also look at all of your previously scheduled posts! When should you post on LinkedIn?

I’m going to challenge myself to post on LinkedIn at least three times a week and I challenge you to do the same!
