[T]echnology:
I wasnāt sure what I was gonna write this week, because AI news was a little slow. š„±
And soā¦
I was gonna talk about a few different tools. But who am I kidding?
Then Perplexityās AI browser and ChatGPTās native AI browser both dropped and basically broke the internet. Since I donāt have access to either (rude), that became a bit of a problem. š
Luckily, my homie Mark Burger told me about Genspark. So I took it for a spin.
Want a quick peek? Here is a great YouTube explainer on Genspark showing how it works.
The experience? Insane. š¤Æ
YesāI already use Manus, which acts as a true AI agent (not just a browser). It can complete multi-step tasks, trigger actions across platforms, and basically do work while I do something else. ā
I use it all the time.
But agentic browsingāwhat Genspark offersāis something completely different.
With Genspark, you can ask it to do pretty much anything with anything currently on your screen.
For example:
I pulled up the MLS, looked at new listings, and casually told it to turn those into a podcast. It did. Effortlessly. šļøš
Also worth noting: Genspark is building an App Store of AI agents that can talk to each other and work together.
Youāll soon be able to pick from a lineup of AI assistantsālike marketing agents, research agents, podcast creatorsāand plug them into your workflow like apps on your phone.
Itās like the App Store⦠but for AI that gets stuff done. š¼ā”
Now for Part Two: I Got Grok in My Car
Yep. Iām now talking to Grok while I drive.
This was my first real experience with itāand while it doesnāt have my OpenAI memory yet (which is packed with two years of prompts and context), Iāll admitā¦
š§āāļø The voice is soothing, and the responses are fast.
Itās nice to not have to fiddle with my phone while driving. Just tap the button and talk.
That said, Iāll need more time to see if Grok becomes a daily driver (pun intended). š
So hereās where Iām at:
Right now, Iām honestly drawing a blank on whatās next for AI. š¤·āāļø
It feels a little like when all of this first started.
I know itās going to change everythingāhow we search, how we operate, how we run our businesses. šš
Iām just not entirely sure how yet. Or what to use an agentic browser for long-term. Or how Grok fits into my workflow.
But I do know this: Weāre once again at the tip of the iceberg. š§š¢
And like Iāve said before⦠Agents who use AI will thrive.
You just have to decide:
Are you going down with the Titanic? Or are you jumping on the next iceberg? š§š

[E]ducation:
Letās be honestāhome buying education needs a serious makeover. š ļø
Not just better info, but a better messenger.
Because right now, younger buyers donāt trust the usual suspects. š
Theyāre still dreaming about owning a home š¤ā”ļøš , but most think itās not even possible. And when nearly 60% of adults under 45 think itās a bad time to buy š¬, yet 95% still want toā¦
Somethingās clearly broken in the messaging. šš§
Theyāre not turning to banks or agents for answers.
Theyāre asking TikTok, YouTube, and ChatGPT.
And itās workingābecause the delivery actually feels relevant.
You can see it in the numbers, and in stories like this one that explains why homeownership education needs a reboot and a new messenger.
Kristin Messerli, who launched FirstHome IQ, gets it.
Sheās going straight to where Gen Z already isāclassrooms, social media, even gaming platforms š®šš²āand showing up with real, relatable advice.
Not stuffy PDFs. Not boring scripts. Just solid, short-form content with a pulse. ā”
Because hereās the thingāGen Z isnāt scared of homeownership. š«š±
Theyāre just misinformed.
Most think you need 10ā20% down šø.
Many believe buying a home is a luxury reserved for the rich. š°
No oneās talking to them about house hacking, co-buying, or using fixer-uppers as a strategy.
And when you donāt tell them, TikTok will. š³š² Thatās the opportunityāand the risk.
So if youāre an agent still sending out generic newsletters and wondering why no oneās replyingā¦
This is your wake-up call. ā°š£
You donāt have to go viral. š
But you do have to show up.
šOnline.
šIn real life.
šIn their language.
Start partnering with lenders who educate first and sell second.
Host a workshop in a coffee shop.
Create a reel on what 3% down actually looks like.
Not sure how to explain it? Thatās okayālearn it, or bring someone in who can. Weāre not just competing for market share anymoreāweāre competing for trust.
And trust is earned where your audience already lives.
You in? šāāļøšāāļø
[C]oaching:
Saw this on IG and it was too good not to share:
āWill you discount your commission?" Most agents freezeā¦Stumble⦠Start negotiating against themselvesā¦And lose the listing before they even earn it.
Top agents don't foldā¦They flip the script.
āļø "Is this a test?"
āļø "Would you hire someone who can't even protect their own paycheck?"
āļø "What do you think they'll do to your equity when you're not watching?"
āļø "I only get paid when I perform⦠fair enough?"
Because here's the truth: Discounted agents produce discounted resultsā¦
And high-level sellers want professionals who can defend their value. You don't need to lower your priceā¦
You need to raise your identity.

[H]ow To: With Abby
Iāve been posting consistently on TikTok every day for the past three months. š±š
Nothing super revolutionaryājust ideas that pop into my head š” or whatever Iām thinking about to help build consistency.
So far, Iāve had 10 videos take off, which Iām pleasantly surprised about. š
Hereās what Iāve noticed about those 10 videos:
1. Longer videos perform better.
Each video was at least 45 seconds to over a minute long.
Looking at the analytics, each one had at least 15% of viewers watch the full video, with an average watch time of at least 10 seconds.
What does this mean?
TikTok saw that these videos were keeping viewers engaged longer, which showed the algorithm that the content was goodāso it pushed them out to more people. š
2. Most videos started with a hook. š£š§
This is something Iāve learned since starting: the average attention span is so shortāless than 3 seconds. So, Iāve made it a habit to start my videos with a hook, then dive into the topic.
Usually, I just say what I wouldāve titled the video if it were a YouTube. š¬ I give viewers a hint of what the rest of the video will be about to keep them watching
3. Engagement is key. š¬ā¤ļøš„
The videos I could tell were going to take off started with a lot of commenting. Once I hit the 20-comment mark, I knew that video would likely get past 10K views. TikTok favors comments because they keep people on the video longer and show that the content moved people enough emotionally to respond.
4. Shorter videos aren't always better. āļøā
Everyone says videos should be short and sweetāand while that can still be trueāmost of my high-performing videos were over a minute long. ā³
A short video wonāt go viral just because itās short.
It still needs to be a great video.
5. Once you go viral, it gets easier to do it again. šš
Iāve seen this both on my personal TikTok and on our Agent After Hours account. Once a video crossed the 10K threshold, the videos that followed started receiving more views.
TikTok begins to trust your content once youāve had a few successful postsāand it prioritizes showing your content to more people.
6. What has to go right?
A lot has to go right for a video to go viral:
ā
The video has to be goodārarely will a terrible video blow up.
ā
It needs to be engaging enough to generate comments, shares, and saves.
ā
You have to capture attention immediately.
ā
Timing matters tooāI usually post right after work, when people are off their 9-to-5 jobs and doom-scrolling.
ā
Iāve also noticed that posting later at night can work well.
It really doesnāt take much to start getting views.
I literally sit in my car and talk about random stuffāand sometimes rack up 300K views in 24 hours.
Just start posting. Get comfortable on camera. Make posting part of your daily routine.
Some people say going viral on TikTok is like winning the lotteryā¦
But I couldnāt disagree more.
