[T]echnology:
I wasn’t sure what I was gonna write this week, because AI news was a little slow. 🥱
And so…
I was gonna talk about a few different tools. But who am I kidding?
Then Perplexity’s AI browser and ChatGPT’s native AI browser both dropped and basically broke the internet. Since I don’t have access to either (rude), that became a bit of a problem. 🙄
Luckily, my homie Mark Burger told me about Genspark. So I took it for a spin.
Want a quick peek? Here is a great YouTube explainer on Genspark showing how it works.
The experience? Insane. 🤯
Yes—I already use Manus, which acts as a true AI agent (not just a browser). It can complete multi-step tasks, trigger actions across platforms, and basically do work while I do something else. ✅ I use it all the time.
But agentic browsing—what Genspark offers—is something completely different.
With Genspark, you can ask it to do pretty much anything with anything currently on your screen.
For example:
I pulled up the MLS, looked at new listings, and casually told it to turn those into a podcast. It did. Effortlessly. 🎙️👏
Also worth noting: Genspark is building an App Store of AI agents that can talk to each other and work together.
You’ll soon be able to pick from a lineup of AI assistants—like marketing agents, research agents, podcast creators—and plug them into your workflow like apps on your phone.
It’s like the App Store… but for AI that gets stuff done. 💼⚡
Now for Part Two: I Got Grok in My Car
Yep. I’m now talking to Grok while I drive.
This was my first real experience with it—and while it doesn’t have my OpenAI memory yet (which is packed with two years of prompts and context), I’ll admit…
🧘♂️ The voice is soothing, and the responses are fast.
It’s nice to not have to fiddle with my phone while driving. Just tap the button and talk.
That said, I’ll need more time to see if Grok becomes a daily driver (pun intended). 😏
So here’s where I’m at:
Right now, I’m honestly drawing a blank on what’s next for AI. 🤷♂️
It feels a little like when all of this first started.
I know it’s going to change everything—how we search, how we operate, how we run our businesses. 🔁🌍
I’m just not entirely sure how yet. Or what to use an agentic browser for long-term. Or how Grok fits into my workflow.
But I do know this: We’re once again at the tip of the iceberg. 🧊🚢
And like I’ve said before… Agents who use AI will thrive.
You just have to decide:
Are you going down with the Titanic? Or are you jumping on the next iceberg? 🧊🚀

[E]ducation:
Let’s be honest—home buying education needs a serious makeover. 🛠️
Not just better info, but a better messenger.
Because right now, younger buyers don’t trust the usual suspects. 😒
They’re still dreaming about owning a home 💤➡️🏠, but most think it’s not even possible. And when nearly 60% of adults under 45 think it’s a bad time to buy 😬, yet 95% still want to…
Something’s clearly broken in the messaging. 📉🧠
They’re not turning to banks or agents for answers.
They’re asking TikTok, YouTube, and ChatGPT.
And it’s working—because the delivery actually feels relevant.
You can see it in the numbers, and in stories like this one that explains why homeownership education needs a reboot and a new messenger.
Kristin Messerli, who launched FirstHome IQ, gets it.
She’s going straight to where Gen Z already is—classrooms, social media, even gaming platforms 🎮📚📲—and showing up with real, relatable advice.
Not stuffy PDFs. Not boring scripts. Just solid, short-form content with a pulse. ⚡
Because here’s the thing—Gen Z isn’t scared of homeownership. 🚫😱
They’re just misinformed.
Most think you need 10–20% down 💸.
Many believe buying a home is a luxury reserved for the rich. 🏰
No one’s talking to them about house hacking, co-buying, or using fixer-uppers as a strategy.
And when you don’t tell them, TikTok will. 😳📲 That’s the opportunity—and the risk.
So if you’re an agent still sending out generic newsletters and wondering why no one’s replying…
This is your wake-up call. ⏰📣
You don’t have to go viral. 🚀
But you do have to show up.
📍Online.
📍In real life.
📍In their language.
Start partnering with lenders who educate first and sell second.
Host a workshop in a coffee shop.
Create a reel on what 3% down actually looks like.
Not sure how to explain it? That’s okay—learn it, or bring someone in who can. We’re not just competing for market share anymore—we’re competing for trust.
And trust is earned where your audience already lives.
You in? 🙋♀️🙋♂️
[C]oaching:
Saw this on IG and it was too good not to share:
“Will you discount your commission?" Most agents freeze…Stumble… Start negotiating against themselves…And lose the listing before they even earn it.
Top agents don't fold…They flip the script.
☑️ "Is this a test?"
☑️ "Would you hire someone who can't even protect their own paycheck?"
☑️ "What do you think they'll do to your equity when you're not watching?"
☑️ "I only get paid when I perform… fair enough?"
Because here's the truth: Discounted agents produce discounted results…
And high-level sellers want professionals who can defend their value. You don't need to lower your price…
You need to raise your identity.

[H]ow To: With Abby
I’ve been posting consistently on TikTok every day for the past three months. 📱📆
Nothing super revolutionary—just ideas that pop into my head 💡 or whatever I’m thinking about to help build consistency.
So far, I’ve had 10 videos take off, which I’m pleasantly surprised about. 🎉
Here’s what I’ve noticed about those 10 videos:
1. Longer videos perform better.
Each video was at least 45 seconds to over a minute long.
Looking at the analytics, each one had at least 15% of viewers watch the full video, with an average watch time of at least 10 seconds.
What does this mean?
TikTok saw that these videos were keeping viewers engaged longer, which showed the algorithm that the content was good—so it pushed them out to more people. 🚀
2. Most videos started with a hook. 🎣🧠
This is something I’ve learned since starting: the average attention span is so short—less than 3 seconds. So, I’ve made it a habit to start my videos with a hook, then dive into the topic.
Usually, I just say what I would’ve titled the video if it were a YouTube. 🎬 I give viewers a hint of what the rest of the video will be about to keep them watching
3. Engagement is key. 💬❤️🔥
The videos I could tell were going to take off started with a lot of commenting. Once I hit the 20-comment mark, I knew that video would likely get past 10K views. TikTok favors comments because they keep people on the video longer and show that the content moved people enough emotionally to respond.
4. Shorter videos aren't always better. ✂️❌
Everyone says videos should be short and sweet—and while that can still be true—most of my high-performing videos were over a minute long. ⏳
A short video won’t go viral just because it’s short.
It still needs to be a great video.
5. Once you go viral, it gets easier to do it again. 🔄🚀
I’ve seen this both on my personal TikTok and on our Agent After Hours account. Once a video crossed the 10K threshold, the videos that followed started receiving more views.
TikTok begins to trust your content once you’ve had a few successful posts—and it prioritizes showing your content to more people.
6. What has to go right?
A lot has to go right for a video to go viral:
✅ The video has to be good—rarely will a terrible video blow up.
✅ It needs to be engaging enough to generate comments, shares, and saves.
✅ You have to capture attention immediately.
✅ Timing matters too—I usually post right after work, when people are off their 9-to-5 jobs and doom-scrolling.
✅ I’ve also noticed that posting later at night can work well.
It really doesn’t take much to start getting views.
I literally sit in my car and talk about random stuff—and sometimes rack up 300K views in 24 hours.
Just start posting. Get comfortable on camera. Make posting part of your daily routine.
Some people say going viral on TikTok is like winning the lottery…
But I couldn’t disagree more.
