[T]echnology:

I’ve talked about Manus.im in the past, but I finally got invite! 🥂

If you’re not familiar, Manus is an AI agent, meaning you can ask it to perform tasks for you (like entering a listing into the MLS).

I’ve demoed this before with Operator, but OMG…this is at a whole new level.

Less mistakes, significantly faster and a glimpse into AI automation.

Don’t get me wrong, it definitely wasn’t perfect…but again, this is the worst it will ever be!

Obviously Q1 was a whirlwind, can you believe we’re in Q2?

The stock market and interest rates have been a yo-yo…but what does all of this mean for the real estate market? 🤔

There’s so much BS be thrown at the wall to see what sticks, but Ivy Zelman (on of the true experts in real estate) calls it like it is:

I know this is long, but if you’re in real estate, you really need to understand the bigger picture of how X affects Y and Z.

Let’s be real—attention is everything in this game. 🧠

You can be the sharpest negotiator in the city, but if no one knows you exist, none of it matters. It’s not about shouting louder—it’s about showing up smarter, more consistently, and in a way that actually connects.

Here’s what I’ve been testing (and loving): Show up every day, even if it’s messy. Snap a photo, share a win, record a quick tip. You’re not aiming for perfect—you’re aiming for presence.

Tell stories. People don’t remember stats—they remember moments. That buyer who cried at closing? That seller who got five offers in two days? That’s what sticks. And when you talk, speak directly to one person. The right people will feel like you’re talking just to them.

Now here’s the Gary Vee gut punch: you’re not competing with the agent down the street. You’re competing with Apple, Nike, and every scroll-stopping post on Instagram. If your content isn’t grabbing attention, it’s getting ignored.

So don’t just post and ghost. 👻

Share it again. Put it in your story. Email it. Text it. 📱

Repetition builds recognition. Recognition builds trust.

You don’t need a massive following. You need to be memorable to the people who matter most—your future clients.

Keep showing up. They’re watching, even if they’re not liking it.

You can do more with images in ChatGPT than just create mini action figures of yourself…

If you’re paying for another service to virtually stage a house—stop. ChatGPT is more than capable of doing it for you, and often does it even better. So far, in the times I’ve used ChatGPT, the results have been pretty solid. No couch in the kitchen, no nightstands in the fireplace—it’s done a surprisingly decent job overall. ⬇️⬇️

If you don’t like it? Tell it.

You can even have it improve photos you take of the house. Goodbye photoshop editors. 👋

Well, not yet I should say. I do think upon further inspection some of these do turn out a bit Sims like?

Not terrible, but still it can start to look a bit animated.

Remember where we were just a few years ago though?

It’s funny—people have been arguing that ChatGPT is eliminating creativity from the world. But I’d argue the opposite: you actually have to be pretty creative. You need to think outside the box about how to use AI to better help you. Either way, ChatGPT still needs humans to provide prompts.
