I’m not sure we knew they would be this good, this fast.

I’m talking about AI Avatars. 🤖

Actually, they’re not even really Avatars because they don’t represent a human…so we’ll just call them AI Influencers.

What am I talking about? ⬇️⬇️

Think your feed was clogged up with ads and influencers selling shit before…buckle up! 🚗

While I love the technology of this and certainly think it could be beneficial for agents shy of getting in front of the camera. These ads will be indistinguishable from real humans, and the scale at which you can deploy them, A/B test what’s working and what’s not, is incomprehensible.

So how will this play out?

I think first movers will undoubtedly have an advantage simply based on the volume of content they’ll be able to put out…but I believe the market will quickly become saturated with weak content, and it will come back full circle to those with the best content (value-based) will win. 🤝

I really wanted to have a cool giveaway for the 100th Tech with Ty, so Abby and I started brainstorming. I asked friends and family, but even after an hour or so of asking ChatGPT, I couldn’t find the right “thing.” 

Last year, we gave away 52 weeks of ChatGPT prompts. This was a considerable undertaking, and while quite a few of you downloaded it, it failed in comparison to the average open rate.

So we went back to the drawing board and asked what agents wanted.

It didn’t take long to go back to the email we sent out a few months ago asking if you wanted to have a virtual get-together or in person. 

As I smack myself for not heeding my own advice 😣, I remember that I’m not alone.

Agents Humans overthink things all of the time. We try to solve problems on our own, but the best way to figure out what someone wants is to ask them.

Ask your clients what video you should do next, what kind of content they’d read in an email, or what kind of client appreciation event they’d like to attend next. 

Surveys are your friend. 🗳️
