[T]echnology:

I gave some of my favorite picks last week, but not to be outdone, Matt Wolfe posted his video of Black Friday deals for AI tools that I didn’t know I needed: ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Jupitrr AI will definitely be one I’m checking out for B-roll footage!

[E]ducation:

Whelp, it’s over.

But…

The DOJ weighed in AGAIN, less than 48 hours prior.

TLDR:

Typically, I’d give my two cents, but this article was too good not to share and features responses from names like Rob Hahn: https://www.realestatenews.com/2024/11/25/dojs-11th-hour-statement-on-nar-deal-elicits-strong-reactions

It's sort of related, but I thought it was a good reminder for those who thought otherwise…James Dwiggins, who is featured in the article above, made this post the other day: ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Here is the link to the document referenced. ⬅️⬅️⬅️

[C]oaching:

I freaking love Jesse Itzler. ❤️

I had the opportunity to see him speak a few years back at a Curaytor conference, and I’m not one of those people that get amped up from motivational speakers, but he crushed it.

If you’re not familiar with his backstory…I first heard of Jesse when he invited David Goggins to live with him for a month. The first thing Goggins did was go to the gym with him and tell him to do 100 pull-ups. Jesse said, “I can’t.” To which Goggins replied, “Well, we’re not leaving the gym until you do.”

Hearing him say it is way better than me writing a few sentences in an email, though, and I encourage you to check him out. From MTV dancer to running a company ultimately acquired by NetJets and married to the founder of Spanx, Jesse is one-of-a-kind.

This week, he made a post that breaks down his journey a bit better. ⬇️

Stop overthinking, over-analyzing, and procrastinating.

Do it in digestible bites. 🍔

[H]ow To: With Abby

Okay, let’s be real. We send these emails out to thousands of people every week, sharing the same advice with those same thousands, who then likely pass it along to someone else. Even without considering that, there are currently over 1.5 MILLION realtors in the United States. With at least 50% posting on social media, the content can start to feel very stale. 🍞

So, how do you stand out?

What does it mean to stand out? It means being unique. ✨ And what makes someone unique? Being themselves. That’s probably the best advice I can give you. Your content should reflect you and your interests. So, what does that look like?

I like golf, but make it funny.

I used to own a boutique and I know a lot about clothes.

I used to be a bartender and I like to make drinks.

Have a large military demographic?

I can show you hundreds of examples of niches you can post about that reflect who you are. From each niche, you can create countless pieces of content. You just have to start!
