As someone whoās always championed realtor safety (any agent with any brokerage is welcome to meet a client at any of our offices), I believe the recent NAR lawsuit results could encourage more agents to meet clients ahead of time, rather than at vacant properties or for the first time.

TikTok is introducing a new Search Ad Campaign.
What is it? ā¬ļø
The new Search Ads Campaign introduces advanced keyword-based ads tailored to TikTok's search results page. While the ads appear the same to users, you will now have access to a range of new features and enhanced targeting options.
With Search Ads Campaign, you can fully customize how your content is presented within TikTok search results, ensuring the right audience sees your content. š
Why should you be using this? ā¬ļø
This gives you a great chance to get in front of potential clients as soon as they start searching for information on the home buying process. Right when they need your insight, youāll be there. š¤š»
Where will the ads appear? ā¬ļø
Right in the search bar on the For You Page. As soon as someone searches āHow much money do I need to afford a $200,000 homeā, your video will be there. š¹
How do I make this happen? ā¬ļø
The Search Ads Campaign is now available in the TikTok Ads Manager. When selecting either the Web Conversion or Traffic campaign objective, simply choose "Search campaign" to enter a campaign with the search-specific features. These include a powerful keyword suggestion tool for research and the option to exclude negative keywords. (specific words you want excluded from your campaign) ā
After researching and selecting your keywords, setting your target bids, and determining your budget, you can add your creatives. TikTok Search Ads Campaign supports both video and image carousel formats. I would encourage doing video of course, especially with this being TikTok. TikTok automatically selects the best creative to match a userās search based on your target keywords.
You can then activate, deactivate, and edit keywords and creative assets during both campaign setup and duration of the ad.
Like with most advertising, this will probably take some trial and error to make sure you are finding the right audience. Make sure to analyze the results of your campaigns as they come in and adjust as needed. š
