I know I usually cover a lot of AI in this section, but sometimes itās the little things.

But Gmail has entered the Chat with Gmail Newsletters.
Apparently, this isnāt a ānewā feature, but itās new to meā¦so Iām sharing it!

Simple and straightforward, but really all you need.
Pair that with Mail Merge, and youāve got yourself an incredible newsletter tool! š§

Head to business.facebook.com, choose your Business Portfolio, and add your domain. Then just copy the Meta Tag into your siteās <head> section and click verify. Boomāyouāre good to go.

I wonāt lie to you ā if I see you and your dog on a mailer, Iām 100% more likely to call you. Iām a dog person, what can I say? Anyone who loves their pets as much as I do automatically earns my trust. š¶
Real estate is a relationship business, and people are drawn to authenticity. People connect emotionally with animals. When someone sees your mailer and notices your pet, it tells them you're approachable, down-to-earth, and not just another sales pitch in their mailbox. šØ
It reminds your sphere that youāre not just a real estate agent; youāre a real person with a life and a home of your own. That authenticity builds trust and encourages people to reach out. It also helps you reconnect with people in your database who are animal lovers themselves.
What about the people who donāt like pets? Honestly, if youāre an animal lover like me, those people probably shouldnāt be in your sphere anyway. Anyone who says they donāt like dogs? I canāt help but judge. Sorry.
The bottom line? People choose agents they feel comfortable with. ā¤ļø
Showing a bit of your real life can make all the difference in turning a cold lead into a warm connection. I highly encourage you to test this out and let us know the results. Print two sets of mailers ā one with you and your pet, and one without ā and see which one performs better.
