[T]echnology:

If youā€™re looking to just get started with ChatGPT and donā€™t know where to start, hereā€™s one I covered in our AI webinar, only this time Iā€™m switching it up to Gemini.

The reason is that Gemini allows you to upload an image for it to summarize, while thatā€™s a premium feature that ChatGPT charges for.

So hereā€™s the gistā€¦

Grab an image like this from your local MLS:

Upload it to Gemini, tell it that youā€™re a Realtor, and ask it to write an email to your clients. Keep it light, engaging, and casual.

Thatā€™s it. šŸ™Œ

This is an email that you should be sending to your clients and sphere every month.

[E]ducation:

If you missed my LiveStream on the exact workflow I use to automate hours of work per month, hereā€™s the replay:

[C]oaching:

Yā€™all know Iā€™m a huge Jimmy Mackin fan, so when he teams up and does a video with Tom Ferry, you know Iā€™m going to post it here.

Donā€™t take my word for it. Check out these two legends here:

I guess the first question I should ask is, do you have a website? You will probably reply with, do I need a website? Technically, no. šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø But think about the last business you hired to do a service for you. Odds are they had a website.

Number one, it is the best way to legitimize your business and what you do. Also, it is also the easiest way to let people get to know you.

What are the top five things your website needsā€¦

  1. Home Page šŸ

Your home page needs to be clear about exactly who you are and what services you offer. This includes a headline that will grab the attention of the visitor. Your home page should also contain a call to action. If I were a real estate agent, I would display a simple ā€œBook a Callā€ button clearly visible. The final item I would have is a video. Create a hello video talking about who you are, post it on YouTube, and link it to your site.

  2. Display Your Services šŸ¤

List exactly what you do, what area you service, and what you offer. Do you offer drone footage? Do you have 3D photography? List everything that makes your services unique.

  3. About Section šŸ˜Š

Include a section about you! Share your personality, who you are, and provide a personal dive into your life. This allows potential clients to really get to know you and decide whether you would be a good fit for them. Include any and all experience you have.

  4. Proof šŸ“ˆ

Show exactly why you are the best. Include any awards, recognitions, or testimonials that showcase why you excel at what you do.

  5. Contact Page šŸ“±

While there is already a call to action on your home page, I recommend having a separate tab dedicated to how someone can get in touch with you. Include your phone number, address, headshot photo, and a form for clients to fill out if they want to know the value of their home.

This is just the surface of what your website absolutely MUST have. If you have any questions about how to set up your site, shoot us an email!
