GPT's Got Game - Now on Mobile! 📱
Guess what, folks? It's time to pack your web searches away, and say hello to your new mobile sidekick. OpenAI has just dropped some seriously exciting news. Today, they're launching an official ChatGPT app on iOS. I hear you asking, "Why is this a big deal?" Well, grab some popcorn and let's dive in!
Mobile Magic for ChatGPT
First things first, this ain't your average app launch. This has been months in the making. We've all been in that inevitable spot where we've had to pick through a cluttered App Store, filled to the brim with lookalikes promising a world of AI wonder. Some real shady customers, I tell ya. But this one, it's the real deal. 👍
A Pocketful of AI Goodness 💗
So, what's in it for you? For starters, it's absolutely free and completely ad-free, because who likes ads, right? Plus, they've thrown in voice input because, let's face it, typing is so 2020. But hold your horses, international pals, it's only available for U.S. users to start with. 😥
More Than Just A Chatbot
Just like its desktop sibling, the ChatGPT mobile app isn't just about asking questions. Nope, this little genius will provide advice, inspire you, help you learn and do your research. Kinda like a pocket-sized mentor. 🤯
Remember that time when we thought Siri would change our lives? Yeah, that was a bit of a letdown. And let's not even talk about the snail-paced progress Apple has made with AI. So, this fresh arrival on the scene might just make ChatGPT your new go-to mobile buddy.
What's the Big Picture? 🖼️
This could be a big blow to the big G, Google. Currently, Google's enjoying a sweet deal as the default search engine on Safari on Apple's iPhones. But with ChatGPT making its way to your phone, that could well change.
So folks, it's time to rethink our smartphone swag. Who knew our phones could become even smarter, eh?

Did you know Ohio Realtors has a Podcast? ⬇️⬇️⬇️
Not sure how I even missed it, but damn it’s good! As agents we’re in the car all of the time. Make use of that time to increase your knowledge!

[C]oaching:
I’ve been a Gary Vaynerchuk fan for a long while. This video is perfect for agents in all markets. 👌
I know we’re still in the day and age of some properties selling within 24 hours and receiving 12+ offers, but skipping out on creating valuable content is a huge mistake. 🚩
I think 50-100 pieces of content may be a bit excessive, but what if you took the time to make 20? Highlights of every room or feature. Tips on the community around the listing. Etc.
Your social media accounts are your online resume…don’t let yours suck!
[H]ow To:
I feel like with all the social media platforms out there, LinkedIn is often one that is overlooked especially in our industry. I’m sure when you think of LinkedIn networking or job searching come to mind, not lead generation. Let me tell you why you are wrong…❌❌
LinkedIn has one of the highest lead generation conversion rates of all social media platforms. ❤️
On LinkedIn, it is all business. There is no shame in being direct in your approach because that is often why people are on LinkedIn.
EXPAND.
Expanding your professional network is crucial if you aim to increase referrals. LinkedIn provides an excellent platform for achieving this goal, as it specifically facilitates professional relationships. 🤝
On LinkedIn, you have the opportunity to connect with other real estate agents, enabling you to broaden your sphere of influence. Additionally, LinkedIn offers the option to join real estate groups, which serves as an effective avenue for exchanging knowledge and fostering organic connections.
STAND OUT.
Unlike other platforms that are often saturated with various types of content, LinkedIn provides a focused environment where professionals share targeted business-related posts. 😺
The advantage of this focused approach is that when you post content on LinkedIn, you'll face less competition from similar posts compared to other social media sites. LinkedIn offers a prime opportunity to showcase your business-related content in a clutter-free environment.
ENGAGE.
Within the real estate industry alone, there are numerous groups dedicated to different aspects of the field, offering opportunities for networking and knowledge-sharing. Active participation allows you to not only enhance brand awareness but also establish yourself as an authority. Moreover, you can engage with a vast audience that shares a genuine interest in your services. 👍
To make the most of LinkedIn groups, here are some best practices to consider:
Join groups where your target clients actively participate.
Prioritize local groups whenever possible to foster community connections.
Avoid pushing sales; instead, focus on being helpful and providing insightful answers to people's questions.
Encourage discussions by initiating and actively participating in conversations started by others.
Regularly engage with the group, aiming to post or respond to something at least once a day.
If you come across someone seeking services you offer, send them a private message to explain how you can assist them, ensuring a more personalized approach without appearing overly promotional within the main group.
It's important to recognize that achieving hundreds of connections, referrals, and leads on LinkedIn won't happen overnight. To make the most of your LinkedIn real estate profile, you must consistently engage with others, 🗯️ produce high-quality content, and actively grow your network.
